Janina

Janina joined Animal Emergency and Critical Care Center of Brevard in 2016 as a veterinary technician. She spent more than three years as a veterinary technician at a general practice hospital before coming to AECC.

Since she was young, Janina’s has had a passion for helping sick animals. Driven by her desire to be a voice for animals in need and to learn more about how to do that, Janina entered the world of veterinary medicine. Soon, she hopes to return to school and earn her CVT certification.

Janina is very active in animal rescue. She actively seeks abandoned and special needs animals to foster, assists with photographing shelter animals and helping with other needs in local animal shelters. In the past, Janina assisted the ASPCA in one of the nation’s largest dog fighting busts as well as the largest cockfighting bust.  She is certified through FEMA as a disaster responder and is also euthanasia certified.

Janina loves the veterinary profession and is passionate about helping patients and their people. The moment a family walks through the doors of our hospital, Janina is ready to treat them like her own.

Janina is a proud pet parent to Diesel(English Mastiff), Mona(German Shepherd), Reece (Dachshund Mix), Louie and Tucker (Domestic Shorthaired Cats).
