Keith is AECC’s Communication Coordinator, making sure that lab tests are completed and the veterinarians are informed, discussing treatment plans and their financial obligations with pet parents and overall making sure clients are informed and educated on the care of their pet. In addition, Keith assists the veterinarians by performing prescribed Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatments.

Keith graduated from Fort Pierce Westwood High School’s Veterinary Assisting Academy and has worked in emergency and critical care since 2003. He later completed one year of the veterinary technician program at St. Petersburg College.

Keith came to AECC with a desire to work alongside a team of expert veterinarians and technicians where he could learn and contribute to the care of animals. He finds the challenge of performing medicine for a patient that cannot speak for themselves his primary goal, and loves knowing that the care the AECC team provdies makes a different in pet’s lives, and the lives of their owners.

“I know everyone probably says the same thing, but its gratifying seeing a pet go home to its family healthy and happy again. It is so rewarding.”

Keith lives with a family of pets including cats; Patches, Padme and Vader, all Domestic Short Hair.
