What should I do after my pet leaves Animal Emergency & Critical Care Center?
Upon discharge of your pet from our hospital, we will provide post-operative care information for needed care at home. You are encouraged to return to your primary care veterinarian for the continued care and follow-up management of your pet. We will forward a case synopsis (referral letter) of your pet’s medical/surgical treatment to your primary care veterinarian.
Upon request by your primary care veterinarian, a full medical and/or surgical record may be obtained. This ensures continuity of therapy and complete medical records of the emergency events involved.
We are always available for any questions you may have. We value your trust to care for your pet and are committed to the best in care.
